Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

At AksDistribution, we want our customers to feel confident when shopping with us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and sent back with any original packaging where applicable.

Some items cannot be returned due to their nature. This includes perishable products, hygiene-sensitive goods, hazardous materials, and flammable substances.

We also do not accept returns for gift cards, downloadable or digital products, or certain health and personal care items.

A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns. Returned items should not be sent directly to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

In certain cases, only a partial refund may be issued. This may apply if the item shows signs of use, is returned damaged or incomplete for reasons not caused by our error, or is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Opened software, media, or other sealed products may also be eligible for partial refunds only.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email to confirm whether your refund request has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment. The time it takes for the funds to appear may vary depending on your payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account or payment statement first.

If the refund is not visible, contact your card provider or payment service, as processing times can differ.

If the issue still has not been resolved, please contact your bank. If you require further assistance after completing these steps, you can contact us.

Sale Items

Only items purchased at full price are eligible for a refund. Sale or discounted items are non-refundable unless they are faulty or supplied incorrectly.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us with your order details before returning the product.

Gifts

If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, a store credit equal to the value of the returned item will be issued once the return has been received.

If the item was not marked as a gift, any approved refund will be sent to the original purchaser.

Returning Items

Please contact us before returning any items to receive return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or was supplied in error.

Delivery times for exchanged items may vary depending on your location.

For higher-value returns, we recommend using a tracked or insured delivery service. We cannot guarantee receipt of items returned without tracking.
